VAPR is an AI-powered vision and projection solution that transforms last-mile delivery operations. The system eliminates the need for drivers to sort packages by stop, read labels, or manually verify customer names and addresses — a projected green circle identifies exactly which packages belong to each stop. Over 1,000 vans were scheduled for deployment in Q1 2025.

SPYDR is a self-contained bio/environmental monitoring system for jet pilots, built entirely within the pilot's earcups. The system tracks biometric parameters including blood oxygenation, cerebral perfusion, body temperature, respiratory rate, and heart rate, as well as environmental data such as cabin pressure, temperature, and air quality. Technical Solutions designed all electronics and firmware and assisted across all project disciplines. Developed through DARPA and the Air Force.

Pulse is an Industry 4.0 platform for dispensing and curing adhesives. Its modular architecture lets customers produce a family of products ranging from desktop devices to PLC controls. A cloud interface enables data retrieval, remote updates, and real-time notifications, and continuous data analysis keeps the manufacturer-customer relationship running smoothly. The system integrates with the company's entire Pulse product line.

Verispellis brings electronic intelligence to ski equipment with innovative material control that dynamically changes ski stiffness on demand. Skiers adjust the system via an onboard control or smartphone app, performance data is continuously collected, and the electronic module is both removable and rechargeable.

We worked with Corindus to develop their CorPath Robotic Angioplasty medical device. CorPath provides physicians with precise control during the angioplasty procedure in an ergonomic control cockpit away from the radiation field.

Technical Solutions helped develop patents to launch Magic Leap's medical vertical. The venture attracted $50M in seed/A round funding, $542M Series B, and $793.5M Series C, reaching a $4.5B valuation.

ClariVein is an alternative to Thermal Ablation for the treatment of venous reflex disease. The ClariVein device drives an infusion catheter that contains a rotating wire driven by a motor activated from a DC battery-powered handle. The system provides even, controlled irrigation of a treatment site for a physician-specified procedure with a physician-specified therapeutic fluid.

The Series 200 UV/Vis detector and Series 200 Micro Pump are major components of Perkin Elmer's Series 200 High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) system. The Series 200 UV/Vis Detector offers the highest sensitivity and outstanding linearity performance, even at extremely high or low concentrations. The Series 200 Micro Pump provides precision flow rate, accuracy, and retention time repeatability. It has precise high pressure gradient capabilities for microbore, narrowbore, LC/MS, and analytical applications.

Cart Watch is a state of the art electronic golf cart monitoring and control system that manages cart usage and helps decrease course maintenance costs. Digital signal processing (DSP) techniques are used in the communications module to decipher the digitally encoded system and warn the golfer (via an LCD display and buzzer) upon approaching restricted areas. Course Watch resides on a personal computer located in the course clubhouse running Microsoft Windows. When the cart's embedded database is uploaded to the Course Watch PC, course personnel are presented with graphical screens which may be analyzed to increase the course's speed of play or to penalize golfers for ignoring club rules.

Clinical Creations' EFMS uses an "exercise glove" to deliver therapeutic electrical stimulation. Designed with low-cost electronics and no microprocessor, the device has a 510(k) submission in process and was developed for a nationally acclaimed physician featured in a series of PBS television programs.
